The above quote may give some insight as to why the Clinic that shares the man’s name is world famous. Whether it is in the practice of medicine or areas more relevant to this blog like product development, community management, public relations, or serving citizens the message stays the same…it is rare that people are listened to and the simple act of listening can change the perception that people have of you.
